We ship our traditional ice cream twice a week – on Tuesdays and Thursdays via DPD courier with next-day delivery. This means orders shipped on Tuesday arrive on Wednesday, and those shipped on Thursday arrive on Friday. This ensures your package doesn't get stuck in a courier warehouse over the weekend.

We use professional thermal insulation. We pack our ice cream into a thick, sealed styrofoam box (insulated shipper) and add an appropriate amount of dry ice (solid carbon dioxide). Dry ice has a temperature of approximately -78.5°C (-109.3°F), creating deep-freeze conditions inside the box. Your ice cream arrives perfectly frozen and solid.

Dry ice is safe as long as you follow a few basic rules. Due to its extremely low temperature, please keep the following safety precautions in mind:

• Do not touch dry ice with bare hands: Always use oven mitts, thick paper towels, or tongs. Direct contact with skin can cause painful frostbite.
• Keep away from children and pets: Store the package out of reach of children and family pets.
• Ensure ventilation (do not seal tightly): Dry ice sublimates, turning into carbon dioxide gas. Never seal it in airtight containers (such as jars or plastic boxes), as the rising pressure can cause them to burst.
• Let it sublimate: The simplest and safest disposal method is to leave the remaining ice in the styrofoam box in a well-ventilated area (or on a balcony/patio). The ice will naturally and cleanly dissipate into the atmosphere.
• Do not throw into the sink or toilet: Extreme cold can damage drain pipes or ceramic fixtures.

Our styrofoam insulated boxes are highly durable and perfect for reuse! You can keep the box and use it as a portable cooler for the beach, picnics, grocery shopping, or road trips. If you do not plan to reuse it, please dispose of it in accordance with your local recycling guidelines (usually in the plastics/recycling bin).
