These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All of our ice creams are handmade using natural ingredients. As a result:

  • Flavours and appearance may vary slightly
  • Availability may change depending on season and ingredients

We reserve the right to substitute flavours if necessary, but will always aim to inform you in advance.

🌱 3. Allergens & Dietary Information

Our products may contain or come into contact with:

  • Dairy
  • Nuts
  • Gluten
  • Other allergens

While we take care to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Important: Customers are responsible for checking suitability before ordering.

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via email
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary

  • All prices are listed in GBP (Β£)
  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering
  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time

🚚 6. Delivery (Courier – DPD)

We use DPD for all deliveries.

  • Orders are dispatched on selected days to ensure product quality
  • Delivery is typically next working day, but delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control

Customers will receive tracking details directly from DPD once the order has been dispatched.

❄️ 7. Frozen Delivery & Responsibility

All products are packed with insulated materials and cooling agents (e.g. dry ice or ice packs) to maintain temperature during transit.

However, by placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Delivery is handled by a third-party courier
  • We cannot guarantee exact delivery times
  • Someone must be available to receive the parcel on the first delivery attempt

Once the parcel is marked as delivered by DPD, responsibility transfers to the customer.

⚠️ Important Delivery Conditions

If no one is available to receive the parcel, DPD may:

  • Leave it in a safe place, or
  • Attempt redelivery

We are not responsible for:

  • Melting due to missed delivery
  • Delays caused by the courier
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Courier delays
  • Missed deliveries
  • Parcels left unattended

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 12 hours with photos, and we will review the issue.
